Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING POLICY
Our hampers come with free delivery and are sent using Royal Mail Standard 1st Class which typically takes 1-2 working days to be delivered following despatch. Please allow 24 hours for your hamper to be processed for dispatch.
Please note all our orders are posted Monday to Friday. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be processed and then shipped on Monday, , (except for Bank Holidays).

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and unopened.
If the item was sent as a gift to you then we can only offer an exchange of goods to the original value. Please contact us and we will be happy to discuss this with you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually with 7 working days of receipt.
